Firmware update fails
If the update of your device fails, there may be various reasons for it. We have slightly different solutions.
The update does not start
In some cases, you may experience that the update will not start.
If this happens, the best thing you can do is connect your Saphe Drive to another phone or tablet, in order to update your Saphe device. Once your Saphe device is updated, you can reconnect it to your own phone.
If this is not possible, then it can sometimes help to:

The update is not completed
In other cases, you may find that the installation is not completed. If you have a Saphe Drive, a large arrow pointing downwards and a box below the arrow will appear on the screen.
If this is the case then try connecting your device to your phone again in a slightly different way. (This method applies both if you have a Saphe Drive or if you have a Saphe One +)
- Go to the Menu
- Choose Devices
- Press the round button on your Saphe Drive.
- Press Saphe DFU under Unknown Devices
- The firmware update is now starting again.
