My Saphe is paired but will not connect

If you experience your Saphe has worked before, but suddenly won't connect, there's a few different things we can do.


If your Saphe Drive Pro loses connection, you can:

Make sure BlueTooth is turned on

Turn off/on the Saphe

Restart your phone

Restart your Saphe by holding down the red button for 15-20 seconds

Forget Saphe under devices, and connect to it as new

Clear data for the app



If your Saphe Drive Mini loses connection, you can:

Make sure BlueTooth is turned on

Turn off/on the Saphe

Restart your phone

Restart your Saphe by holding down the red button for 15-20 seconds

Forget Saphe under devices, and connect to it as new

Update your Saphe. Learn how here: Update Saphe Drive Mini

Clear data for the app



If your Saphe Drive loses connection, you can:

Make sure BlueTooth is turned on

Turn off/on the Saphe

Restart your phone

Restart you Saphe by holding down the round button for about 20 seconds

Forget the Saphe under devices and connect to it as new

Charge it for 6-8 hours and restart the Saphe after

Clear data for the app



If your Saphe MC loses connection, you can:

Make sure BlueTooth is turned on

Turn off/on the Saphe

Restart your phone

Restart your Saphe by taking out the battery and putting it back in

Forget Saphe under devices, and connect to it as new

If it has been awhile since you changed the battery, try changing it. You do it like this: Battery and battery change

Clear data for the app



If your Saphe One+ loses connection, you can:

Make sure BlueTooth is turned on

Turn off/on the Saphe

Restart your phone

Restart your Saphe by taking out the battery and putting it back in

Forget Saphe under devices, and connect to it as new

If it has been awhile since you changed the battery, try changing it. You do it like this: Battery and battery change
