In some cases, it may be a solution to clear all data to the Saphe Link, app and restart the phone. This is only possible on Android phones, a similar solution to an iPhone requires reinstalling the app - completely delete and reinstall the app.
Why not just reinstall the app?
However, it’s not the same as uninstalling the Link app, as this means that you will have to set the phone's settings for the Link app again, and you may find that not all data from the Link app has been removed in the uninstallation, therefore this method is useful in special cases.
