If you can not find your Saphe in the app under Devices, you should first check that:
- Your Saphe is nearby
- There are no other phones or tablets that can be connected to your Saphe
- That your Saphe is on

- Make sure that Bluetooth is turned on on your phone
- See if you can connect to your Saphe now. It may take up to 30 seconds before you can see it under Devices: How to connect to a Saphe
- If it still does not show up, try restarting your phone
