How to restart a Saphe Drive

If your Saphe Drive will not connect to your phone, keep displaying the same image, becomes too loud or low in sound, or just doesn't work as intended then sometimes a restart of the device will resolve the issue.

To restart a Saphe Drive, hold down the center button for 12 seconds Keep pressing down the center button when you see the "off screen" appear. After holding down the button for about 12 seconds the screen turns off briefly and turns back on again. When you see the "Saphe Drive" logo on the screen the restart is complete.
