I can not find my Saphe in the app

If you can not find your Saphe in the app under "Devices", you should first check that: 

Your Saphe is nearby

There are no other phones or tablets that can be connected to your Saphe

That your Saphe is on

That BlueTooth is turned on, on your phone

When all of this is checked you can open the Saphe Link App > Menu > Devices > Here it can take up to 30 seconds before your Saphe shows up under "Other devices".

If still nothing is happening, please try to restart your phone and Saphe. 

Restart Saphe:

Saphe One, Saphe One+ & Saphe MC restarts by taking out the battery and putting it back in - Battery and battery change

Saphe Drive restarts by holding down the round button for 20 seconds - Restart Saphe Drive

Saphe Drive Mini & Saphe Drive Pro restarts by holding down the red button for 15-20 seconds - Restart Mini and Pro

Restart phone:

Restart iPhone

If it's still not there, you can try the following: 

iPhone: Reset Network Settings - iPhone

Android: Clear Bluetooth data - Android

If nothing is happening and it's not showing up under "Devices", please contact support
