If I don't get an alarm when I should?
There may be several reasons why your Saphe does not give an alarm. We will look at the criteria that must be met for your Saphe to produce an alarm; what can go wrong, and what you can do to resolve any problems.
The alarm must be registered on the map
You can open the app and see on the map, if you are within 20 km of the alarm, whether it is currently registered. If it is and you did not get the alarm, something is wrong. Read the following to find out what went wrong and find a solution.
