Clear data for the app
In some cases, it may be a solution to clear all data to the Saphe Link, app and restart the phone. This is only possible on Android phones, a similar solution to an iPhone requires reinstalling the app - Delete Saphe Link and reinstall - iPhone.
Why not just reinstall the app?
However, it’s not the same as uninstalling the Saphe Link app, as this means that you will have to set the phone's settings for the Saphe Link app again, and you may find that not all data from the Saphe Link app has been removed in the uninstallation, therefore this method is useful in special cases.
Clear data
If you have an Android phone, find the app in your phone's settings:
- Select Settings
- Select Apps(may be called Applications, Apps & Notifications or similar)
- On a Huawei, first enter 'Apps' and then enter 'Programs'
- Find and Select 'Saphe Link'
- Select Storage (may be called memory or similar)
- Click on "Clear data"
- Click on "Clear data" again
- Restart your phone. Hold down the power button and select "Restart"
- If you have a Saphe Drive, be sure to restart it as well - Reset Saphe Drive
When you open the app again
When you open the Saphe Link app again, you will be see the welcome greeting and you will have to give various permissions and set alarms because the app has forgotten everything.
