• Start by checking that your Saphe is on:

  • Now check that the Bluetooth is turned on, on your phone
  • If the Bluetooth is turned on and it still does not connect, try restarting your phone 
  • If it still does not connect after restarting, try clearing the data for the app: Clear data for the app
  • Restart the phone and try to reconnect your Saphe: How to connect to a Saphe
