If your Saphe is turned on and is found under "Unknown Devices" / "Other Devices", and stays for a long time on "Approve" and then stops, but your Saphe is not paired with the phone (it is shown under "Paired Devices" when paired), this is often because the connection can not be authenticated.

If the Saphe is trying to connect to your phone, but gets a validation error, you need to check the following:
- Reinstall the Saphe Link App, since it can be a version that's too old.
- Check that the timezone on your phone is matching with the one you're in, since the systems can't cooperate if not.
