My Saphe does not connect automatically - iPhone Print

If your saphe doesn't automatically connect to your iPhone, it's often because the app doesn't run in the background as it should.


Please check the following:

  • Location is not set to Always: The app needs to be opened before my Saphe works - iPhone
  • Power saving mode is turned on:  Turn off power saving mode
