Restart and reset location services - iPhone

Are you experiencing challenges with the Saphe Link app not finding your location, or the speed being inaccurate? Then you can try restarting location. 

Here's how you do it:


  • Go to Settings
  • Select "Anonymity"
  • Select "Location"
  • Turn off "Location" and turn it on again




If you are still experiencing problems, you can reset the location.

Here's how you do it:


  • Go to Settings
  • Select  "General"
  • Select  "Reset"
  • Select  "Reset location and anonymity"
  • Press "Reset Settings"
  • Open the Saphe Link App and approve the use of BlueTooth again
  • Go back to settings on your phone
  • Find "Saphe Link" 
  • Press "Location"
  • Make sure the location is set to "Always"
