My Saphe loses connection when I get a call
Some users experience that their Saphe device loses connection to the phone when they e.g. receives a call on the phone. Often, Saphe reconnects the device shortly after, but sometimes it does not.
We do not yet know what is causing this, so we would very much like more information from users who experience this:
- Which telephone do you have?
- Which Saphe do you have? What is my saphe called
- A log file from the Saphe Link App: Send log file
