When addressing a technical issue, we will most often inquire about:

  • A short summary of what it is you are experiencing?
  • Which Saphe traffic alarm are you using? - What is my Saphe called?
  • Which phone do you use?
  • What have you attempted in order to solve the problem?


We ask these question to find out where the error is and what opportunities we have to correct it.
