Restart and reset location services - iPhone
Are you experiencing challenges with the Saphe Link app not finding your location, or the speed being inaccurate? Then you can try restarting location.
Here's how you do it:
- Go to Settings
- Select "Anonymity"
- Select "Location"
- Turn off "Location" and turn it on again
If you are still experiencing problems, you can reset the location.
Here's how you do it:
- Go to Settings
- Select "General"
- Select "Reset"
- Select "Reset location and anonymity"
- Press "Reset Settings"
- Open the Saphe Link App and approve the use of BlueTooth again
- Go back to settings on your phone
- Find "Saphe Link"
- Press "Location"
- Make sure the location is set to "Always"
