Change the Bluetooth channel for alarms - iPhone

Do you find that the car's system stops playing radio, or whatever it is doing, when you get an alarm from your Saphe? In that case, it's probably because you need to set which Bluetooth channel, Saphe Link should use to play alarms.

To do this please follow this:

• Open Saphe Link
• Press on the Menu
• Choose Sound and Alarms
• Choose Advanced sound settings
• Choose Bluetooth HFP

This should work with most systems. In some cases, e.g. if you use the phone to play music, radio or anything else, you may have to set the channel to "Bluetooth A2DP" instead. If in doubt, give it a try. You can test the alarms by selecting an alarm in the app and pressing "Test alarm".
