A validation eroor can in some cases occur when trying to connect your Saphe to the app on your phone.
There can be several reasons as to why the validation error occurs, and you can try the following to solve the issue:
- Delete and reinstall the Saphe Link App
- If it's a Saphe One or Saphe One+, you can try to change the battery or reboot it by taking out the battery and putting it back in.
- Check to see if you have antivirus or VPN turned on on your phone.
- Check the timezone on your phone, to make sure it's set to the country your Saphe was bought in, and that you're in the land the Saphe was bought in.
