My Samsung does not connect automatically
If your Saphe does not automatically connect to your Samsung phone, it may be because the power mode of the phone is set incorrectly.
Here are two videos that show how to change it to the correct one:

This may be because the phone monitors the app's power consumption, and assesses that the Saphe Link App should be closed. Therefore, make sure that the Saphe Link App is not monitored.
Do this by:
- Go to Settings
- Select "Device maintenance" / "Device care"
- Select "Battery"
- "Power save mode" must be turned "Off"
- If this is not possible, it can also be set to: "High Performance" or "Optimized"
