Connection issues on iOS

Issue in the latest update of the Saphe Link App


We currently have a bug in the latest version of the Saphe Link App on iOS.



This means that there are problems connecting automatically to the Saphe, as well as getting speed and correct alarms, if the Saphe Link App is not constantly open.


This applies to all Saphe devices (except Saphe Drive Pro) connected to an iPhone.



Update Thursday, September 19: 


The bug has been fixed and a new app update is available in the Appstore. It will be rolled out over the next week to everyone who has automatic updates enabled.


You can manually go in and update the app by doing the following:


  • Open AppStore
  • Search for “Saphe Link”
  • Tap the Saphe Link app itself in the Appstore (Tap our logo or the text)
  • Tap on “Update
