Installation of parkering widget

A widget allows you to get information from an app and use features in it without first having to open the app, as a widget is available on the home screen of your Android, and on the left side on an iPhone.

Saphe Link offers a widget that detects when you park, and can allow you to set an alarm of 30 minutes, 1, 2, 3 or 4 hours, so that you are notified when your parking is about to expire.

NOTE: To be able to use Saphe's parking widget, you must first sign up for Club Saphe and sign up for Saphe's newsletter, which you can do while creating a membership at Club Saphe. See how to join Club Saphe here.

NOTE: On iPhone it is only possible to move the small widget to the home screen, and not the bigger one (the control panel), where you set the alarm.

Below we show you how to install and use our parking widget.

Android

Once you have signed up for Club Saphe and accepted receipt of Saphe's newsletter, your parking widget will be available to you. To insert it, you must:

• Hold your finger on the phone's home screen, a find a spot where there are no widget
• You will now see a small menu. In this menu you shall tap "Widgets"
• You now see a list of possible widgets on your phone. Find "Saphe Link" in the list and select one or both of the two available sizes on the parking widget and place them on the home screen

iPhone (new)

Once you have signed up for Club Saphe and accepted receipt of Saphe's newsletter, your parking widget will be available to you. To insert it, you must:

• From your "Home" screen (the first page you see when you wake up your phone), go left (by putting your finger on the screen and swiping it to the right)
• Hold down the screen
• Press "+"
• Find Saphe parking widget
• Tap "Special" at the bottom of the list and add "Saphe Link Park". This allows you to set the alarms

iPhone (old)

Once you have signed up for Club Saphe and accepted receipt of Saphe's newsletter, your parking widget will be available to you. To insert it, you must:

• From your "Home" screen (the first page you see when you wake up your phone), go left (by putting your finger on the screen and swiping it to the right)
• Here you see all the widgets you have on your phone. You will be able to find Saphe's parking widget somewhere on this list if you have a Club Saphe membership and recipients Saphe's news mail
• If you go to the bottom of this list, you have the option to edit the list. This way you can remove, add and arrange widgets
