Purchase terminated at NemID

If the purchase gets terminated without warning at NemId, it can be caused by an unfortunate combination of wrongfully entered NemID informations and a mistake in your bank regarding the NemId transaction. 

The mistake means, that the customer doesn't get informed of what has been entered wrong and instead the purchase gets discontinued. 

You can check if you've put in the correct NemID informations by going to "Mit Overblik" on https://www.borger.dk/ or "Selvbetjening" on https://nemid.nu/

Notice that NemID has a built-in safetymechanism that causes your NemID to get blocked if you enter the wrong informations too many times. 

We have seen that if often happens, if you try to do it through the phone. If you try through the computer it will often go through.
