Average Speed Control
As several people probably have seen, there is now an Average Speed Control on the Storebæltsbro, so people need to pay extra attention when driving across the almost 19 km long stretch.
An Average Speed Control measures the average speed you're driving with the help of cameras at the beginning and end of the stretch, and can from that measure whether you were driving too fast or not.
If you're getting near a place with an Average Speed Control, your Saphe will give an alarm, so you're made aware of it, and if you have Saphe Premium you will on the Saphe display, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay or the app on your phone, be able to see:
- The allowed speed along the stretch
- Your average speed along the stretch
- How long is left on the stretch
