If your Saphe does not automatically connect to your Samsung phone, it may be because the phone monitors the app's power consumption and decides to close the app. Therefore, make sure the app is not being monitored. To do this:
- Go into settings
- Click "Device Maintenance"
- Press "Battery"
- "Power Saving Mode" must be turned "OFF"
- If "App power monitor" is on, tap "Unsupervised apps"
- Click "Add apps" here
- Find and tap the Saphe app
