Setup on OnePlus

There are several settings on OnePlus phones that are unique for OnePlus phones, this can affect the performance of the Saphe Link app on the phone. We examine them here. 

NOTE: It is not always necessary to correct all these Settings, so if you want, you can try it out to see what works. Otherwise, we recommend correcting them.

Turn off the Battery Saver Mode 

• Go to Settings 
• Choose Battery
• Press on Battery Saver Mode and turn it off

Turn off Optimize Battery

• Go to Settings 
• Choose Battery 
• Choose Optimize Battery 
• Find and choose Saphe Link
• Put it on Do not optimize 

Turn off Advanced Battery Optimization 

• Open Settings
• Choose Battery 
• Choose Optimize Battery
• Press on the Menu, often three vertical dots in the upper right corner  
• Choose Avanced Battery Optimization 
• Turn off Self-adjusting battery
• Turn off Optimization Sleep Mode
