Is your email or password wrong?

By now, most people have a lot of different passwords they need to remember, so naturally you will at times forget some of them. If you're unlucky enough to have forgotten the code to the Saphe Link App, you can just make a new one.


If the password you typed in is incorrect you will get the message "Error - email or password is invalid", as shown on the picture hereunder. 



If you can't remember the correct password, you can click the "Forgot password?", that is written in blue below the "Log in" box.


You will after this be asked to type in the email you want to log in with. It will look like this: 



Shortly after you typed in your email and clicked "Reset your password" you will recieve an email from us. 


*Please be aware that it can end in your spam- or advertisingfolder, so please look multiple folders through if you haven't recieved it within 5 minutes.


When you open the email you need to click the field that says "Click here". After this you will be sent to the page where you can change the password, but remember that it must contain both capital- and small letters with numbers and a minimum of 8 figures. 



When you have written the new password you click "Save", and if the screen looks as below it's done and you can log into the Saphe Link App.
