This may mean that there is a defect in your Saphe, but there may be a quick fix to it:

  • Connect your Saphe One to your phone - How to connect to a Saphe
  • Open the app and go to the Menu > Alarms > select an alarm > under "Saphe device" press on "Test alarm". If your Saphe is connected, it will now play the alarm. 
    • You can also hold down the blue button for 2 seconds until your Saphe One beeps, release after the beep. If connected, it will now make a siren sound.
