Huawei loses connection when the screen is off

If your Saphe loses connection to your Huawei phone when you turn off the screen of the phone, it may be because the phone does not stay connected to the apps during hibernation/sleep mode. To turn it on, you must:

• Go to Settings
• Tap Battery
• Tap More Battery Settings - located at the bottom of the menu. Not all Huawei phones have this menu
• Turn on Keep connection when device hybernates
