If you experience challenges with your OnePlus phone losing the connection to your Saphe, it may be due to a power saving feature on your phone.


OnePlus has several power-saving features that is able to shut down the saphe link app without notification. 


Here are the settings you can change to turn the power settings features off:


  • Go to Settings> Apps & Notifications> Special Access> Battery Optimization> Saphe Link App> Don't Optimize.

  • Go to Settings> Apps & Notifications> Special Access> Battery Optimization> Click the 3 dots in the upper right corner> Advanced Optimization> Turn off Deep Optimization and Hibernation Optimization.

  • Go to Settings> Apps & Notifications> Special Access> Unlimited Data Access> Turn on the Saphe Link app.

  • Go to Settings> Apps & Notifications> See All Apps> Click the 3 dots in the right corner> View System> Select Bluetooth> Tap on Storage> Clear Storage.

  • Go to Settings> Apps & Notifications> See All Apps> Click the 3 dots in the right corner> View system> Select Bluetooth MIDI service> Tap on Storage> Clear storage.

  • Go to Settings> Battery> Battery Saver> Turn it off.

  • Go to Settings> Battery> Self-Adjusting Battery> Turn it off.
