Does your saphe only work properly when you open the saphe link app? Are you not receiving any alarms? Does your Saphe Drive display a GPS needle icon with a dash in it? - this happens when the saphe link app is not allowed to access your location always. Therefore, make sure "location" for saphe link is set to "Always". Here is how to do it:

  • Go to your phone's settings
  • Find the saphe link app by scrolling down - it is typically almost at the bottom
  • Click "Location"
  • Select "Always"

Note that "Always" does not mean that the app is constantly keeping your GPS active. It means that the saphe link app is always allowed to use the phone's GPS. Of course, the app only does this when you are connected to your Saphe device.
