If you are experiencing challenges connecting to your Saphe or even finding it on the list of devices in the saphe link app at all, a reset of the network settings on your iPhone may be the solution.
If you can't see your saphe unit devices in device menu in the saphe link app, make sure that the device is turned on. (LINK)
NOTE: When resetting network settings, you must reconnect to your WiFi network and pair your bluetooth devices with your phone again.
To reset the netwok settings, follow these steps:
- Go to your phone's settings
- Select General
- Select Reset
- Select Reset Network Settings
- Select Reset Network Settings again
Now the network settings on your phone will be reset.
