If your LG phone is having trouble connecting to Saphe and you have tried our other articles about connecting your Saphe traffic alarm and phone, then you can try clearing cache and data for Bluetooth. When you do this, you should pair your Bluetooth devices again, but it is also an effective way to fix common issues associated with the Bluetooth connection. To do this, you must:


  • Go into settings
  • Tap "Apps"
  • Tap the menu in the upper right corner
  • Select "Show All"
  • Find and tap the Bluetooth app - if there are more called "Bluetooth" and nothing else, repeat the rest of the process
  • Tap "Force stop"
  • Tap "Save"
  • Tap "Clear cache"
  • Tap "Clear data"
  • Tap "Ok"
  • Hold down the power button and select "Restart"
  • When the phone is switched on again, turn on Bluetooth



Now your Saphe should be able to connect to your LG phone. If not, contact support.
