If you experience challenges with your OnePlus phone losing its connection to your Saphe, it may be due to a power saving feature.

OnePlus has several features that affects power saving, which is a problem for our app as it can shut down our app without the user being notified.

Here are the settings you can change to make it work again:

  1. Go to Settings > Apps & Notifications > Special Access > Battery Optimization > Saphe Link App > Don't Optimize.
  2. Go to Settings > Apps & Notifications > Special Access > Battery Optimization > Click the 3 dots in the upper right corner > Advanced Optimization > Turn off Deep Optimization and Hibernation Optimization.
  3. Go to Settings > Apps & Notifications > Special Access > Unlimited Data Access > Turn on the Saphe Link app.
  4. Go to Settings > Apps & Notifications > See All Apps > Click the 3 dots in the right corner > View System > Select Bluetooth > Touch Storage > Clear Storage.
  5. Go to Settings > Apps & Notifications > See All Apps > Click the 3 dots in the right corner > View system > Select Bluetooth MIDI service > Tap Storage > Clear storage.
  6. Go to Settings > Battery > Battery Saver > Turn it off.
  7. Go to Settings > Battery > Self Adjusting Battery > Turn it off.
